HEALTH & FITNESS: Abs Workout Post

Aloha. Guess who's back with yet another workout post? So, this will focus on your abdominal area. Ladies, you can do this in the comfort of your home. You'll have the privacy you'll need. So, it's a 24 day challenge. I must say, it gets pretty hectic but it wouldn't hurt to give it a try.

  1. In order to achieve the desired results one will have to 'EAT CLEAN' all through the way. That means no sugar, no foods with high calories such as fried oily food stuffs. Results statistics are said to be obtained from a 20% workout to 80% diet ratio. Any fitness guru will tell you this.

    1. Too true. You can't workout and expect to see changes if you maintain the same healthy diet. I read once that what you eat actually plays a vital role.
